1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jaya11 ("jaya11", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jaya11 website located at jaya11.biz, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

jaya11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) jaya11 account only. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering your jaya11 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jaya11 are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jaya11 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. jaya11 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jaya11 accepts no liability.

• Deposits are generally credited to your jaya11 account balance within a few minutes of confirmation from your payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied.
• jaya11 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing, including requesting supporting documentation.

• In the event that a deposit is made by an unverified or mismatched payment source, jaya11 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jaya11 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly communicated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General conditions applicable to all jaya11 bonuses and promotions include the following:

6 Gameplay Rules

Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

jaya11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where jaya11 reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.

• Your account activity is associated with suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• You have engaged in any form of collusion, bonus abuse, or system exploitation.

Where an account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, jaya11 reserves the right to void and forfeit all balances held in the account at the time of termination.
